The Application of Nano-Spheres and Nano-Patterned Substrates

■概要
The nano- or micro-spheres synthesized by chemical reactions have the advantages of uniform particle sizes and low cost, and are widely applied in many industrial fields. Over the past few years, our group has developed a method to quickly array large areas of monolayer nano- or micro-spheres on surface of several substrates by dip coating method. We had demonstrated the efficiency improvement in LED, OLED and Solar cell related area by using nano- or micro-structures. This technology is convenient and fast to implement, so it can be used in academic research and industrial process.
In this talk, the fabrication process of patterned substrates by using monolayer spheres will be addressed, and the applications to LED, OLED and Solar cell devices will also be introduced.
