Rules, Procedures and Awards of Student Paper Competition(抜粋)
Technical papers, authored by graduate and undergraduate students, are invited in all areas relevant to the Conference Topics. Judging and awards will be divided into BS/MS and Ph.D Candidate Levels.

1. Students registered at an accredited college or university, either as graduate or undergraduate students, are eligible to submit papers. While co-authorship with other students and faculty advisers is permitted, a lead student author must be identified for communication and presentation purposes.

2. Abstracts should be submitted to the APCFS 2020 Conference Website. The abstract should be entered into one of the Student Competition Sessions (BS/MS or Ph.D Levels). Only papers submitted directly to the Student Competition Sessions are eligible for the Student Competition. Papers submitted to general sessions WILL NOT be eligible for the Student Competition. 3. Each student author must be identified as a BS/MS or Ph.D student in the abstract. The lead student author of papers in the BS/MS category must provide verification that they were a registered student in an accredited BS or MS program in their undergraduate or graduate studies. The lead student author of papers in the Ph.D category must provide verification that they were a registered student in an accredited Ph.D program in their graduate studies. Papers must reflect work performed during the course of their undergraduate or graduate studies.

4. The organizing committee of APCFS 2020 will judge the papers using multiple criteria based on technical content and presentation effectiveness. (以下省略)

5. The lead student author MUST present the paper in one of the Student Competition sessions at the Conference to be eligible for the competition prizes.

6. All student authors and student co-authors must make their own arrangements for travel and hotel accommodations.
